We back!

We have started our 9th year of this book club and we are still going strong. If you made a resolution to read more please join us!

This year we will also be doing a reread of the Harry Potter series over the course of the year, so if you are PotterHead, feel free to join us on those discussion Nights. We are still meeting Wednesdays @ 9pm EST unless otherwise noted!

Chimera Readers Review of The Aeronaut’s Windlass by Jim Butcher.

We rate books based on if we would recommend them, as related to the theme, and how much we enjoyed them based on the following criteria:

Ease of read, plot, writing, and resolution.

The book was full of snark! Interesting characters, some bordering on annoying. Strong female leads but it was often the side characters who stole the show. And the cats! probably the best part of the book was the plot line about the cats and the actions they take to help in the story. Oh and there was some boring stuff about airships.
