Did you catch “The Witcher” on Netflix in December 2019? This book is part of the series that that show is based on. Starting in the middle of the story this is a book when you have to pay attention. Good world building and character development this has hints of fairy tale retelling, magic explanation and magical creatures both good and bad. This was a well told story that comes together at the culmination and makes your ready to continue the journey with the main character. The only book that actually fit the theme apparently. This book was the start of an interesting series that has a rather large following we have found. The story is middling , the premise interesting and it will delight you enough to want to find out what comes next. Mommy porn that’s not too badly written. We enjoyed this short story and really wish it was longer. The characters were good and the narrative was interesting. Still some parts felt rushed and would really have loved to learn more about the Gods connections to their hosts. Overall a good read.
